Top Ten Issues Changing the Face of HR

I am launching a blog series dedicated to the Top Ten HR Issues.  Why you may ask? Why not I say… We are living in some difficult times at the present.  We are all looking for ways to work smarter, more efficiently, and keep within the budget requirements.  I am looking forward to taking the Top Ten, and breaking them down, and having a great discussion.  Here is the Top Ten:

  4. Employment Branding   keeping current customers.attracting new business
  5. Healthcare reform,costs, quality,work-life balance
  6. Disaster Preparedness   H1N1, virtual workforce
  7. Compliance and Government  free choice act, I-9 changes, E-verify
  8. Legal Roundup  FMLA. ADA
  9. Leadership and Management  bad management, HR. being asked to step up.
  10. ROI Prove value and necessity of a non-income generating department (HR)
